Love the idea and concept of this app. But I absolutely hate that every time you close the app it just deletes your order. I wish theyd make like an account option or something so you could save your order and leave the app.

Great pictures! Easy to order, fast delivery, great quality. They even sent a sharpie with my retro Polaroid-like 3x4s. Keep it up, guys! :)

Horrible quality, bad customer service, over priced. We are professional photography company that was trying to offer our clients with a fun alternative to full prints and on the go items. We got the quality back and the pictures were completely different then what we sent. Brought to companies attention and they pretty much said they dont care. Never again.

Tried twice in a row, app keeps crashing. Each time the crash clears the cart... Annoying. Picture quality that I got back was not that great either. Overall not super happy

I LOVE the product...excellent quality photos. I very much dislike the current version of the iPhone app. After a painstaking selection process of my favorite Instagram photos, all my selections were lost as I tried to checkout. Twice! However, doing the same thing on my desktop Mac worked without a hitch. I just have to remember not to waste my time and effort with the mobile app.

Sweet loves combined my orders together to reduce shipping without me even asking. Theyre so on point and I cant wait to see my pictures!

After choosing the pictures I wanted to print the app crashed three times! After carefully going through picture after picture on my phone. It is a painful process!! Im frustrated beyond belief. They really need to get to the root of the problem because although they claim they fixed the crashing issue when youre picking pictures from the camera roll its simply happening the moment you go to check out which is even more frustrating. I am as disappointed as I get when I finish a bowl of Cocoa Puffs, and thats saying something.

Seems to crash every time. And the worst part is that when youve selected 35 photos and it crashes it doesnt save the preselected photos in your cart. After starting over 5 times...Im thinking its not worth it.

The first time opening this app. It crashed five seconds in. And as I was ordering photos, I did not see anywhere saying that it printed in matte photos only when ordering through the phone. I feel like they should at least write that during check out or something. If I hadnt checked the F. A. Q afterwards I wouldnt have known til it arrived. On top of that, it said to request glossy finish before ordering. But how was I supposed to know that that was not the default

Worst app. Most unprofessional customer service. Dont waste your time using this app.

I have tried at least 5 times to order photos and every time I get to the very end, Apple Pay declines me (despite working fine everywhere else). I hated having to go aback through and reselect images to try and fail again. There is no option to pay a different way or Id go that route. I also dislike that I cant find out how to do more than one size of images in one order. If I select 3x3, I only can order 3x3...it would make sense to be able to add other sizes to the order. Im looking for another print app. Let me know if you guys fix the crashing. Peace out!

Worst app ever. So many crashes. Sending emails do not help. Really? Only 10 pictures at a time. Tried to do 10 more with separate shipping. Still crashes. Suggestion do not help!

I have wasted 2 hours on this app and its website. It has a hard time loading photos, editing size and putting into cart. When it closes, the cart empties. What a disaster.

I found the app very easy to use, I ordered the 3 X 4 prints straight from my iPhone camera roll. You just have to make sure your pics are already saved in a square format. The shipping was quick, packaged well and my 3 X 4 black and white prints were perfect and just what I wanted for my wedding project. Thank you!!!

So many negative reviews. Signed in with my Instagram acct and order was complete in 3 minutes! Easy and great prints!

I ordered some prints 4 days ago and they arrived this morning. Super fast shipping and reasonable prices. The photos I received are too cute for words. Ill definitely be ordering more. Thanks! :)
